Chris Enns
Chris is the Managing Partner of Spire Pacific Capital Corporation and has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has directly lent over $2.5 billion in debt and equity investments, primarily in the Lower Mainland, Calgary and Edmonton, across multiple asset classes.
Chris started his career in the Commercial Real Estate lending group at RBC, where his client list ranged from some of the largest in BC to small land developers in the Fraser Valley. His experience in special loan workouts drew him to the private lending side, where he spent 7+ years at Trez Capital and the last 5+ running the western mortgage office for KingSett Capital.
Chris holds a BA from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Entrepreneurship from BCIT. Chris is a regular contributor on panels at the Vancouver Real Estate Forum, and NAIOP. Chris lives in the Lower Mainland with his wife and two children, and enjoys anything outdoors including skiing, cycling and fishing.

Lawrence Green
Lawrence is a partner of Spire Pacific Capital Corporation and President and Co-Founder of Spire Development Corporation and Spire Construction Inc. Lawrence has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, and has developed over $400 million in real estate projects in BC and Alberta. In 2007, Lawrence co-founded Spire Development and Spire Construction with Pete Rackow. Over the last 15 years, Spire has flourished by creating a niche in the marketplace providing fully-integrated real estate services, including sourcing and acquiring land, financing, project costing, leasing and sales, valuation, and property management, development, and construction.
Lawrence obtained a diploma from BCIT in Marketing Management specializing in real estate, followed by several years on both the brokerage and development sides of the industry.
Lawrence shares his experience in the industry through various speaking engagements with NAIOP and other leasing and real estate conferences in Vancouver. He is a proud father of two daughters and counts cooking, wine, travel, and motorcycles as hobbies.

Pete Rackow
Pete is a partner of Spire Pacific Capital Corporation and Vice President and Co-Founder of Spire Development Corporation and Spire Construction Inc. After obtaining his carpentry apprenticeship from BCIT, he began his 25+ year career in construction and development, specializing in design-build commercial and residential projects. Since co-founding Spire in 2007 with Lawrence, Pete has continued to build Spire’s reputation as an exceptional and trustworthy development and construction partner. Through decades of experience, he has honed the ability to view a project from every side and angle, identifying unique challenges and upsides in the big picture.
To date, Pete has built over 4 million square feet of design build projects ranging from industrial, multifamily, office, mixed use, self storage, and concrete high rise.
Pete lives in the Lower Mainland with his wife and three sons, where he enjoys cooking, motorcycles, travel, and cars.

Jacky Li
Jacky is the CFO of Spire Pacific Capital Corporation as well as Spire Development and Spire Construction. Jacky’s team has overall responsibilities for loan administration, full cycle accounting and financial reporting activities of Spire Pacific Capital, including investor, borrower and partner reporting.
Jacky had previously held a variety of senior accounting and financial management positions in different industries including IT, Investment, Retail, and Marketing. Jacky is a CPA, CGA member since 2010. He holds MBA degree from Laurentian University and BBA degree from Simon Fraser University, concentrating on both Accounting and Finance.
Jacky lives in the Lower Mainland with his wife and son. In his spare time, Jacky enjoys practicing soccer with his son and playing chess.
Will Wright
Will, the Director of Capital Underwriting at Spire Pacific Capital, is responsible for analyzing mortgage and equity opportunities.
Prior to joining the company Will worked at RBC for seven years, including five years in the commercial real estate lending group, managing a portfolio of top tier BC based real estate developers. As a Director of Real Estate at RBC, Will was responsible for negotiating, pricing, and monitoring loans across all different asset classes and development stages. Will funded over $500 Million in loans in his time at RBC.
Will has an MBA from Rotman Business School at the University of Toronto and BA in Economics from the University of Victoria.
Outside of real estate Will enjoys tennis and cycling. He lives in Vancouver with his wife and two young daughters.
